Last week, I made a terrible mistake. I reached out to several prominent conservatives and populists supporting one candidate or another in the Pennsylvania Republican Senate primary. I wanted to know if unity was possible after the election since this race has been more divisive than any primary this season.
After discussions with Greg Kelly, Jack Posobiec, Todd Starnes, and a handful of others, I reluctantly came to the conclusion that when the primary was over, we could reunite and move forward toward the midterm elections where we fight the real foes, the Democrats. I say “reluctantly” because that was never really how I felt. I’m not one who believes in the old saying, “vote conservative in the primary and vote Republican in the general.”
For years, I’ve said a RINO was just as bad as a Democrat. In many ways they’re worse because at least you know what you’re fighting with a Democrat. The lines are clear. With RINOs, you never know which side of a fight they’ll be on. I’ve mused about the whiplash induced in many conservatives over the years with people like Lindsey Graham who sometimes make sense and sometimes reveal their NeoCon agenda.
I concluded in my article that unity was possible for one reason and one reason only: I figured a conciliatory tone would allow me to get the message out to supporters of Dr. Mehmet Oz about his leftist and anti-American leanings. It was a “strategic” move and I’ve been very disappointed in myself ever since. That’s not my style. I take pride in shooting straight and aiming true. It didn’t feel natural to accept unity for the sake of strategizing when deep down I have no intention of ever supporting RINOs.
To my readers and listeners, I humbly and wholeheartedly apologize. I deceived myself into thinking I could reconcile with fellow conservatives who were supporting a globalist like Dr. Oz (or WEF-ally David McCormick, for that matter). By deceiving myself, that means I also deceived my readers, and for that I am truly sorry.
In reality, there is no way I could cheer for, support, or accept either Dr. Oz or McCormick in the Senate. Would they be better than the Democrat. Probably. Maybe. But we have spent so much time in recent years accepting the lesser-of-two-evils, and I’ve been done with that for a long time. I convinced myself I could do it after the Pennsylvania race, but now that it’s done I’m realizing I was being delusional.
Sean Hannity and others went completely nuclear on Kathy Bennette in the last week of the race. They spread lies about her in ways that one normally associates with unhinged leftists. If I thought I could reconcile with him, Ric Grenell, or any of the other Dr. Oz shills, I was wrong. Perhaps I never really thought that. Perhaps it was just wishful thinking. Frankly, I’m just not sure anymore. All I know is that I cannot and will not have unity with RINO-supporters.
Does that mean I’m ready to finally dump President Trump and seek another to lead the America First movement? At this point, I’m just not sure. He’s built up so much goodwill with his actions as President. Unlike Hannity and others, President Trump may deserve a pass. May. Then again, he’s still pushing the jabs. He’s still hiring the wrong people and backing the wrong candidates. He’s still participating in the very Swamp politics he swore to abolish.
No, I’m no ready to abandon him yet, but for the first time in over five years I have an open mind about the future of the America First movement. It’s the people of the movement who are important. The leaders will do what they will, but the true America First patriots are the epitome of the word “grassroots.” That is where the real strength that is necessary to preserve and rebuild our nation lies. I do still support President Trump, but that support hangs by a thread that can be broken by another more discerning America First patriot stepping up at any moment.
It’s always challenging to admit that we made a mistake, and my perspective on finding unity after the Pennsylvania primary was a huge one. I’m correcting it now, humbled and disappointed that I fell into that trap in the first place. I know that admitting that mistake and questioning my support for President Trump in the same article is certain to make some cut me off, but the truth is the truth. If I’m going to keep doing what I’m doing, I must be honest with myself which means being transparent with you all.
It is my sincere hope that we’re able to turn things around in America. The only people who have a chance of doing that are America First patriots which is one of the biggest reasons I’m so adamantly opposed to RINOs. My wife told me that I need to stop getting behind candidates. As I explained to her, I rarely fully support any one candidate, but I oppose RINOs aggressively. My support is contingent on an America First ideology and a willingness to fight the RINOs. I’m not looking for perfect candidates any more than I’m looking for unicorns. But a good America First candidate going up against a RINO helps me remain resolute even in light of imperfections.
Kathy Barnette wasn’t a perfect candidate. Some would say she wasn’t even a good candidate. But I supported her because Dr. Oz and McCormick do not hold America First perspectives and are directly affiliated with globalists. I’d rather lose with Barnette than win with a globalist. This is why I am reversing on the notion that reconciliation with RINO-shills is possible.
I’m not a fan of purity tests, but I’m a huge fan of discernment. If we stay true to God and follow our nationalistic beliefs through an America First ideology, we can focus on unifying true patriots. It’s not the “big tent” the GOP wants, nor is it the combining-of-forces to beat Democrats that the Republican Establishment has used against us for decades. It means we’ll support the best America First candidates possible. And if there are no good ones, we shouldn’t support anyone. That goes against Republican orthodoxy, but I don’t care. Republican orthodoxy gave us George W. Bush, John McCain, and Mitt Romney.
For the first time ever, I’m going to debunk myself. Here’s what I’m embarrassed that I wrote a couple of days ago:
Populist pundit Jack Posobiec from Human Events believes we will be able to reconcile after the primary is done. He told me the focus needs to be on the midterm elections.
“Every primary is a hard-fought contest,” he said. “I hope that in the midst of this conservatives and America First populists will remember we all are on the same side, and to treat everyone fairly and truthfully. We all have a long road ahead to November.”
That is hopefully the sentiment we will all fall back on after the primary. As Democrats have proven over the past 16 months, they are an existential threat. As much as I oppose RINO globalist Dr. Oz, I’d still rather see him in the Senate than any Democrat. That didn’t used to be the case; a RINO was once just as bad as a Democrat in my book. But today, I may not like most of what Mitt Romney, Lisa Murkowski, or Susan Collins do with their Senate seats, but at least all of them voted against the radical abortion bill last week. With the Senate as tight as it is, all it would have taken is one of them to have allowed abortion up until birth to be codified.
Just because Romney et al occasionally vote the right way on certain issues doesn’t mean we should support them in any way. The Swamp in general and the Republican Establishment in particular have conned many of us into thinking that centrist, milquetoast politicians are better than radical leftists. That’s not necessarily true. On individual votes, it can be beneficial but we cannot and must not base our support on singular votes. The damage done by people like Romney far outweighs their occasional benefits. They lead many Republican voters down the path of thinking bipartisanship and centrism works. Neither do. Perhaps they once did, but that ship sailed long ago if it ever existed at all.
Don’t wait for a stock market crash, dedollarization, or CBDCs before securing your retirement with physical precious metals. Genesis Gold Group can help.
We are deeply divided, which means those who push the GOP to the mushy middle are actually enabling those who turn into leftists based on separate triggering factors. We need to convince as many Americans as possible that a strong, America First ideology works for everyone. That cannot happen if we keep sending the Mitch McConnells and Dr. Oz’s of the world to Capitol Hill.
Does that mean we need to look at “fringe” candidates? In many ways, yes. There are plenty of people on the right who do not like Marjorie Taylor Greene or Matt Gaetz, for example. I don’t always agree with them myself. But at least I know their decisions come through an America First lens. They don’t get everything right, but there’s a difference between getting something wrong and being wrong. RINOs are wrong, even when they occasionally get something right.
I know this article probably doesn’t make sense to everyone. I don’t like writing or doing podcasts as emotional reactions to events, but if I always wait until I’m completely calm and thinking properly, I may never write at all. That’s the state of the nation right now. There seems to be a constant flow of events prompting emotional responses in those of us who pay attention the most.
The bottom line is this: When I thought I could reconcile with those in conservative media who backed RINO globalists, I was wrong. I deluded myself, and my punishment that I’m unfortunately sharing with you is this convoluted article asking for forgiveness. It is what it is. Feel free to lambaste me in the comments because I totally deserve it.
What Would You Do If Pharmacies Couldn’t Provide You With Crucial Medications or Antibiotics?
The medication supply chain from China and India is more fragile than ever since Covid. The US is not equipped to handle our pharmaceutical needs. We’ve already seen shortages with antibiotics and other medications in recent months and pharmaceutical challenges are becoming more frequent today.
Our partners at Jase Medical offer a simple solution for Americans to be prepared in case things go south. Their “Jase Case” gives Americans emergency antibiotics they can store away while their “Jase Daily” offers a wide array of prescription drugs to treat the ailments most common to Americans.
They do this through a process that embraces medical freedom. Their secure online form allows board-certified physicians to prescribe the needed drugs. They are then delivered directly to the customer from their pharmacy network. The physicians are available to answer treatment related questions.
I miss Rush
Amen to missing Rush. There is so much going on that he would be commenting on and would no doubt have spoken about the attacks on Barnette. It was shocking how harsh Hannity was.
Hannity’s no doubt proud of himself.
You and 70 million other Americans.
Until all the criminal demoKKKrats are hanging from trees, all this is meaningless crap. We’re in a full blown hot war. It’s time to man up and terminate the enemy!!!
Justice delayed is justice denied.
It’s time for some F*CKING JUSTICE!!!
We will never get justice when RINOs win.
amen brother Green
You have my standing ovation! The ship won’t be righted until its physically maneuved.
30 plus years ago Democrats were not as radical as today and were not looking to fundamentally change the country and its institutions such as the Supremw court, electoral college, etc. Having milquetoast Republicans then was not a danger to the republic as having them now. Democrats are now full blown socialists and communists and milquetoast Republicans of today are not up to the job of defeating them. In other words you cannot defeat the radical leftists of today with moderate Republicans are yesteryear because they are willing to compromise with these radical leftist lunatics, instead of crushing their crazy party and its destructive ideology.
I disagree, 30 years ago democrats were absolutely just as nutty as today. The only thing back then was that they had to hide it because the VOTERS were not as nutty.
True.
The left had all the same goals 30 years ago as they have today. They are more “in your face” now more then ever. The left has always been the left…..
True. Ted Kennedy introduced legislation to transform the nation’s immigration laws way back in 1965.
Thankyou JD — I agree, we cannot support WEF globalists or RINOS any longer. Some were upset with Kathy when she said she would not stump for the globalists, Oz or McCormick. But I agree, grimly, sadly, but surely that compromise and enabling “frenemies” is not at all an effective strategy. This decision frees me and I hope others. It frees our energies and our minds to strategize a more effective way forward.
Re strategies –Saw one comment recently on CTH about having pre-primary MAGA primaries. Others think a third-party is the answer, but I am not sure a new party wouldn’t also rapidly fill up with RINOS. The WEG/globalist/lefists own the bulk of the narrative creating communication infrastructure and almost every institution –but we do have successes under our belt and people like you JD and Kathy and so many others are making a difference. Thanks
Agreed. Democrats used to be liberals that treasured our freedoms, but today they are leftists that hate our country and everything our constitution stands for.
Have never liked Hannity. Typical northeast RINO. Should be wearing a tool belt throwing sheets of OSB up on a roof.
Hannity should not be a surprise to anyone. nor levine, nor inghram, nor ANY conservative pundit for the “old era” They were the shills for the bush admin. they are as swampy as every establishment pol. They are buddies with them. They will never change. To be quite honest, I don’t believe Rush was 100% MAGA. Rush was just as entrenched with the conservative pols as the others.
Typical Repub, too little, too late. You knew Hannity and his ilk were garbage but wouldn’t admit it until after the election. Bah.
You hit that nail. Hannity is the ‘so called’ conservative media i.e what’s acceptable to Fox: uniparty, RINO, neocon, pop-conservative, never saw a war he didn’t like because it serves the military-industrial-administrative fascist state, robotic, blathering, dull – IOW, a media bot, like the other ‘no-spin’ Irish jerk O’Reilly. Why are the worst of them: media, GOP, congress, always mendacious micks? That’s all they are i.e. fascist state spinners – fake. Carlson makes them look like script readers.
I hear you, but look what happened when GA MAGA voters had that attitude 2 years ago. That cost Republicans the Senate and gave the Democrats control of the Presidency, the House, and the Senate.
If we had learned from that, fine, but we didn’t. The Republican Party is willing to lose an election rather than have MAGA control the Party. The answer is a new Party, that at first works with the Republican Party until it gets strong enough to stand on its own.
Wrong.
Repeat after me:
We didn’t lose the Georgia senate race.
IT WAS STOLEN.
Every last one of us reading this has been misled by, dissappointed in, and/or stabbed in the back by a republican. We can definitely relate.
“Then again, he’s still pushing the jabs. He’s still hiring the wrong people and backing the wrong candidates. He’s still participating in the very Swamp politics he swore to abolish.”
You analyzed Trump correctly.
He used his money to buy his way to the front of the party, but his profaneness proves he had/has no respect for either God or women. He allowed fake TV preacher$ to praise and pray over him to create an aura of pseudo righteousness, but he was not and is not a Believer. At his rallies he uses his chatty “shooting the bull” style of speaking and continues to be a master at telling Conservatives what they want to hear, but in the clinch doing something else, just like a RHINO. He’s the feather Conservatives believe they need to fly. Most Conservatives are Believers but are trusting more in Trump than in God.
America, born out of a belief in God, told God to take a hike in 1972 when R v W became law. Doubling down, America cast God out of schools, then out of courts, then out of Congress, then out of public life. Not satisfied with ousting God, His followers are now being financially and personally attacked in a country that supposedly honors the 1st Amendment’s freedom of speech and religion. Unwanted, God abandon America. Daemons rushed in to fill the spiritual vacuum created when God left. You are now seeing the result of that all around the country, and much worse is yet to come.
Oz is Erdogan. Trump is, too – and eventually his bootlicking would become obvious. And now, with Oz, it has. And Trump’s support for the “vaccine?” That was a line too far. First year, I would have put Trump in the GOAT category, and his last three years were made terrible by the Deep State. But the vaxx and Oz? Hannity? Sorry, Donny, count me out.
The Republican Party is exactly George Bush, Romney, Graham, cheered on by Hannity. These aren’t RINOs. They are the party. America First nationalists are something entirely different and shouldn’t be in the Republican Party. I walked away 4 years ago when I saw what the Republicans were doing to oppose Trump. They opposed him more than they opposed Obama. Nationalists need to build a new party, beginning with a platform, not some Trump party picks.
I am grateful for the great things President Trump’s team accomplished in (mostly) his first years. Lately, his collaboration with blowhard Hannity and bloviator Bill (O’Reilly) shows once and for all: President Trump is heading to Depends-land, where Biden already resides. I say that with some bitterness, because he had during his term, vis a vis his betrayal of the Kurds, become King Saul. And his son in law is no David. Sad – in Biblical proportions.
Hannity was a shill for the Deep State, telling us the FBI was really made up of straight arrows and Eagle Scouts, and it was only a few bad apples at the top – when apparently the whole barrel is bad apples except for a few. And his shameful over-the-top slandering of Barnette akin to “unsportsmanlike conduct” in his attacks on her, and certainly ungentlemanly, told us more about him than her – none of it good. From what I have seen and heard, we need more people like Barnette in government, not more people like Oz.
You are so right.
I am with you 100%. I despise RINOs as much as I despise demoncraps, and that is saying a lot. I will never vote for or support a RINOI. I would rather lose voting for a true conservative than stick a RINO trailor in office. Hannity is a blowhard. I never liked him. He missed his calling in life. He is a carnival barker. that never shuts his big fat mouth.
I have a simple rule and it serves me well. Might think on it for yourself: “I cannot, and will not, vote for anybody I don’t enthusiastically WANT to see in office!” If you feel comfortable voting for the guy/gal that is MARGINALLY less of an *sshole….you’re still voted for an *sshole….and that’s how we’ve gotten where we are today. John Cornyn is NOT better than a dimocrat….he’s EXACTLY the same thing…thank you Texas republican establishment for your gift to progressivism and to the death of my nation. An (R) after someone’s name means spit to me. If you love your country, you might consider thinking the same.
I came here and read your plea, and I agree with you. Freddie said much of I wanted to say. The need to remove the squishes now because the dems have gone so radical is completely spot on.
We have been bombarded with articles on the Great Replacement lately, and it has put the focus on how the left has moved away from their base of the working American and is now a party of wealthy coastal snobs hoping to carry the black and latino vote with them by give-aways. Maybe it will work, maybe it won’t . I don’t have a crystal ball, but I do know they must be defeated. And we can’t do that with rinos we can’t trust.
Trump gave us a voice and a direction, but he has become such a magnet for the hate of the left I am afraid his running in 24 would be so contentious that people will just give up the fight and hide until all the shouting is over. We can’t afford that.
No forgiveness is necessary. We are all evolving as the landscape shifts on what seems a daily basis. The time has come to make America First a hard litmus test, like it or not.
The problem with Kathy Bennette is she will get eaten alive by the MSM. She covering up a few things and the MSM knows what they are.
The MSM will attack everyone. If you only support those who you don’t think will be attacked this country is done.
I think youvare totally wrong and obstinate, to boot. If you remember, there were scores of conservatives that said Trump would not govern as a conservative. Hannity assured us that he would. Hannity was totally correct.
This was one primary. Let’s not sing gloom and doom because of one state. Instead, let’s get out there and work, not castigate the home team because of an error in the 5th inning.
Don’t send your children to fight Russia, send them to fight WASHINGTON. THEY are our REAL enemy
I believe that rinos are traitors. They seek the limelight at the expense of the middle class. McCain, Romney, Collins, and Murkowski and others of the same ilk keep one eye on the mirror. I was done with the lesser of two evils surrender 20 years ago. It’s the corruption of the DC cesspool, a kind of cool aide, like eating garlic, once you and the participants eat it you can’t smell it on yourself. But everyone else can and do avoid being down wind of you, except the few that want to get closer to you to partake of the excrement we call Washington DC. I don’t think you will find more than 20 honest people the the Sodom and Gomorrah. It is sad how quickly a person who goes to DC to represent their district soon becomes a politician that represents DC to their district. I am angry and saddened that I’ve reached the point of thinking of turning DC into a glass ashtray might not be the worst outcome that could happen.
I loathe RINOs. I have always been aware of the Muslim Dr. Oz and his dual citizenship and his ties to Islamists in Turkey. McCormick? He is just another McConnell or McCain. Equally as bad. Bennette looks like there are enough skeletons in her closet to make her unelectable. Trump has been wrong about people before so is he wrong about Oz now? Maybe but I have seen leftists change into real conservatives and they’ve ended up being warriors for the right. It’s a gamble, so I’m going to give Trump’s pick the nod.
Your article is spot on. We are fighting RINOs in MO, we have 4 groups in my County fighting them. They are much worse than the Democrats – they hide behind the Republican name and then vote as a Democrat when it really matters. We are so sick of this two-faced approach in our political offices. We have learned that you must vet the candidates over and over, you must ask the gotcha questions and watch if they squirm (tell tale sign). The fight is real and voters better get their act together and stop voting stupidly, do not support a Republican because of the R behind their name, there is so much more in their closet of skeletons. If we lose American freedoms entirely, generations in the future including your children will suffer greatly.
You and the article are spot on. Any candidate that is not opposed to McConnell should not receive a vote.
Last week a creator posted that he gave up on Kathy Barnette because she would not support a RINO candidate. I wrote that Kathy Barnette was right. I would rather a Democrat win as a Democrat than a Democrat win as a Republican. The GOP will suffer if infected with Liberals dressed in patriotic colors.
BTW, I do have a purity test, and that is I vote for Conservatives. Who would you rather vote for, Mehmet Oz or Joe Manchin?
RINOs are like snakes, they strike when you least expect it. RINOs are Trojan Horses, they cut your throat while you are sleeping. Grennel caught me by surprise but the rest did not.
Trump professes to be a Christian but, his support for a baby “killing” Oz cannot be ignored. America First needs a new candidate. It is hard to trust anyone in this environment right now. Ron Desantis is my choice, so far no sign of RINOism in his leadership.
If my choices on the ballot are Democrat & RINO, I will write my own name in. Democrats are running toward totalitarianism and RINOs are walking towards totalitarianism…
The wheat is being separated from the chaff, RINOs are exposing themselves either in desperation or they think the wind is at their backs, I refuse to hold my nose and vote again, ever…….Jesus come quickly…Amen..
JD, I understand. As a PA resident I was in the same camp. Although I am still a Trump supporter, I realize he is going to make a mistake here and there. But what caused this problem was not Trump. It was the pathetic squishy RINO party of PA. They have been this way for 25+ years. The only non-Rino produced in PA is Rep Scott Perry. I switched from a registered GOP to a non-affiliated because I was so sick of the squishy RINOs. And there are many more like me. What makes me shake my head is Hannity willing throw a successful 25+ year career down the toilet by lying about Barnett just to support his friend Dr. Oz. Thus why he will lose in November.
The way Sean Hannity always says “Hey there!” on Fox News sounds so disingenuous
I got about halfway through this and was starting to get depressed so I stopped.
JD, you and so many are over thinking this, yes I love “vote conservative in the primary and republican in the general”, this should be our rule. So you look at what a candidate has done, not said, and vote.
Turn off Sean Hannity – the dumbest news commentator I’ve ever seen, he’s just not a bright man. And if your person loses in the primary you joyfully support the republican.
Rule #2 – the worst republican is way better than any democrat. It’s that simple.
I don’t think rule # 2 is true anymore. The worst republicans are destoying this country.
You are right. If the purists have their way the Democrats will take us into the communist utopia with little force to resist them.
I haven’t listened to Hannity in years. I can take about three minutes of Hannity (in which he will repeat himself five times). He represents the GOP establishment. Sean needs to reduce his caloric intake. He’s starting to resemble a beached whale.
JD – a quote I’ve always liked that addresses the scourge of RINOs:
“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.”
― Taylor Caldwell, A Pillar of Iron
This is what Oz is. Trump was out of his mind to endorse him – or was he. It makes one wonder what Trump’s becoming, has become or always was. Trump’s use by date is rapidly approaching, if it hasn’t already passed.
That is a great quote.
If they ever make another movie like Rango, they should have a Hannity impersonator, caricatured as a blowfish – and deflated with a trident spear or a spear gun.
Remember that Hannity recently stated that we should not fear mutually assured destruction. This man is not well.
Sean’s behavior just lost me as a viewer. What he did was despicable.
You are not alone.
I despise RINO’s and the Republicans that support them. They’re nothing more than spies & traitors and they should be politically ostracized by the Republican party. I gave up on Hannity over a decade ago. He’s controlled opposition who tells people what they want to hear. He used to talk big & bad on his radio show, then during a TV interview just hours later he would softball libtard guests. Haven’t watched Fox for well over a decade, with the exception of Tucker segments on the net.
Keep up the fire J.D. God Bless
Basically for me the 2020 election is the litmus test.
I was there in 1990 when David Bonior launched a strategy of abusing our Government’s purpose in order to smear Newt Gingrich with fake ethics accusations designed to prevent him from working on his agenda, for which the American people had voted. Then in 2000 I saw the Democrats try to steal the election by claiming a ballot that Democrats had designed in Democrat Palm Beach was the excuse to create chaos and attempt to cheat.
I watched Obama turn the IRS and the DOJ into political tools (including the FBI attempt to entrap the Hutaree Militia in order to equate them with The Tea Party), exactly as his mentor Alinsky advocated. Then he stood in front of me during his last weeks in office and told me that he had to emergency remove Russian Diplomats from the USA because the DNC server had been hacked by Russians. Two years later I learned that Shawn Henry, the man who conducted the ‘investigation’ into the server said under oath that ‘there never was evidence that Russians had hacked the server”.
Then came Donald Trump, who was attacked and lied about, and every word he said distorted for five years. He was fake impeached twice, a fake ‘special prosecutor’ who found nothing was unleashed on him, the Fed AG office in NY, on record as wanting to remove Trump, investigated his tax returns (that had already passed muster through Obama’s politicized IRS). And then of course came a second FBI entrapment in Michigan and the FBI Manager being moved to DC in order to run the still obscured operation that was Jan. 6th.
In all that time, I’ve never seen or heard Mitch McConnell or Kevin McCarthy stand up and, not just fight for truth or justice or republicanism or the American people, but to just call out the open lying cheating thieving Alinsky strategy that is now Standard Operating Procedure for these Democrats. It is clear that these two have no interest in anything but managing the economic interests that own them.
We need to face that this is both a 4th turning (80 years after WWII the institutions that were created in the aftermath are failing) and a new century (the 20th century R. / D. dynamic doesn’t work anymore).
If a public figure still espouses the lie that the 2020 election was not corrupt, and refuses to address the gaping wound that is 1. undocumented Mail in Ballots (Ga.) 2. Democrats manipulating Mail in Ballot laws illegally (Wisc. Pa..), 3. Vote Harvesting (Wisc. Pa.. Ga. Az.) , 4. the circumstantial evidence of bellwethers and 5. 2000 Mules and actual video evidence of cheating….then that person is the problem and a threat to Democracy.
At least you recognize the problem. That’s always the first step in correcting it. Naturally I’ll say that should have come sooner.
Our problem…disaster…with the liberal progressive globalists and RINO republican globalists is a terminal one. If we can’t beat them out of their government perches they will cause such destruction that America might not be able to come back from it. Sad to say, the only answer might come in the form of a real, bloody, bullets and bodies civil war that will not end until a good 45% of the country lay dead. Not from fighting other countrymen, yes that’ll happen, but civil war will open us up to other nasty things:
– Racists will try their hand at ‘ethnic cleansing’
– Religious zealots and jihadist maniacs will do their best to kill their perceived enemies
– Countries near and far will infiltrate and attack in order to further destabilize or destroy America
Each of the above bad actors will be assisted fully by the liberal progressive socialists.
“After discussions with Greg Kelly, Jack Posobiec, Todd Starnes, and a handful of others, I reluctantly came to the conclusion that when the primary was over, we could reunite and move forward toward the midterm elections where we fight the real foes,”
I agree 100% with J.D. Greg Kelly is a rather unstable person.. He lip-syncs Trump’s rally every night. Too emotional. He follows Trump like a dog following his favorite 8 year old. He gave short shrift to Todd Starnes yesterday. I gagged putting on Kelly’s show in past days with the constant push for Oz. Oz on his show every night. Didn’t change my mind an iota. Getting to the point where I can’t watch Kelly any longer as a replacement for Fox.
So you’re finally figuring this out? Better late than never.
It’s hard to take back America when the people with all the money buy elections. Those people have done their level best to dumb the population down to sub-moronic levels, which can then be easily manipulated with mass (purchased) media. The time to have stopped all this was about 50 years ago. Now, we’re screwed.
You are not a lamb. And I am not here to baste you. (Therefore, no “lambaste” from me.)
Your reactions are part of the “Perfect is the enemy of good” dilemma we all work through.
I appreciate your honesty, transparency, and patriotic mind.
Let’s support our conservative leaders — like Trump, DeSantis, Tucker Carlson, etc. And get them to work in concert together, to empower our movement.
Others, like Musk and other independents/libertarians are welcome to help where they are so inclined, but they are still outsiders. Not conservatives with a track record.
But I cannot stress this enough — if we do not claw back our election system from the Party of Theft, we will never again be free.
November is key.
Dems are outright wolves. RINOS are wolves in sheep’s clothing.
I suspect we may be seeing a schism coming into the ‘Republican’ party. Under the presumption of a LARGE November win, the Republicans have a chance to put the Democrats in their proper place…as a minority fringe party. This would carry forth for the next 20-30 years once the voting public sees the dramatic increase in prosperty brought on by Republican policy initiatives. Again, I’m being presumptuous here…however, if the RINO/Republicans return ‘business as usual’ and the old adage of ‘there’s no difference between either party’ – I then see a start of a third party with a strictly Conservative bent. Enough voters would support that party such that the RINO/Republicans would have to support the platform or effectively be primaried out over time.
You folks should go back and review what Hannity and the other RINOs did to Ron Paul back in 2007/2008.
Hannity is just another blow hard stem winder.
We have a problem with the RINOs but the purists as well. Both of them keep us from winning as Trump wants to do The purists will be never get their way 100% and we must plow with the horses we have, not with imaginary horses.
Mr. J.D. Rucker. I accept your apology. And I like your words conveying your thoughts on the matter. I concur wholeheartedly. I personally have had that mindset for several years now. I believe many others do as well. I know that they do. Look at the numbers of people leaving both parties and becoming independents. By that observation I do not advocate the moderate position, I merely point it out as a clear signal that the populace knows that our political system is broken. Many people see no reason to vote anymore. I had fallen into that apathy until Mr. Trump came along, He ultimately proved to be disappointing but he made great accomplishments nevertheless. His greatest achievement in my opinion was in the awakening he accomplished in the silent majority that coalesced into the MAGA movement in general. It was unarguably a historic populist movement that caused a seismic shift in the political class by putting them into the glare and scrutiny of an awakened electorate.
Despite that, they continue to hold the reigns of power in a reckless and arrogant manner, ignoring and belittling those that they purport to serve. That includes most Republicans. The political class on the national level is nearly hopelessly corrupt and has not served the interest of the common citizen for many years. The list of grievances is very long. An electorate overthrow of the current regime would not change the landscape in any dramatic fashion.
Clearly defining what conservatism is and what is means is a helpful start. In my time I have seen many flavors of it espoused by various politicians. It has been bandied about so much, that it has almost become clichéd. Despite ones particular stance on their personal practice or belief in conservatism, I believe that human nature still works the same. It is intrinsic to value yourself more than a complete stranger and certainly most humans value their family members more highly than a complete stranger.
That is why I think that an America First ideology is a winning strategy. But sometimes that takes more courage than the vast crop of current politicians are able to muster. For example: How many programs could have been funded, how many people (In America) could have been helped by the expenditure of $40 Billion dollars? It is a rhetorical question of course. Instead, we witnessed an overwhelming majority of politicians of both major parties rushing to spend that on complete strangers in Ukraine rather than on their fellow Americans at a time when so many are in increasingly desperate need.
For any that are so insulated and comfortable that they doubt the desperate need, I suggest you wake up and look around. I am not just talking about having to pay more for gasoline or groceries, as much as that adds up and contributes more misery to those already suffering.
There is real suffering, pain and misery in this country. Our society is barely faltering along; the underpinnings are decaying before our very eyes. All of our major institutions have been under constant assault for a number of years and are reeling from the destructive blows.
Historically, at similar points as the one our country is in, governments and societies have fallen. I personally believe that we are on such a precipitance.
Division and divisiveness are the de jour method of modern politics and have been for some time. You can’t be for something unless you are against something else. Race, class, religion, human sexuality, gender relations, and education are but a few of the many methods cunning politicians and corporate leaders utilize to divide and ultimately conquer. And by conquer, I mean to silence your dissent and to tacitly obtain your cooperation if not outright capitulation on what ever topic or direction they wish to steer the public for their own selfish self serving interests.
In recent times there have been but a few of what I consider to be promising conservative movements that did accomplish some good. I recall the promise keeper movement of Christian men, I especially recall the “Contract with America,” I recall the tea party, and as mentioned earlier, the MAGA movement. There are others, but those stick out to me. I very much like the ideal of an America First movement as I feel that it is very inclusive to, well, all Americans, and that if presented properly will resonate widely, especially in these troubled times.
I agree with many of the post made and many folks made some good points that I agreed with. However, without meaning to be overly critical and for elucidation I would suggest that one particular gentleman that believes the Democratic party was not so bad just a few years ago in regards to interfering with institutions should reference Robert Bork. Both parties are now so bad and oftentimes in such lockstep in pursuing pernicious policies that are exacerbating existing problems and creating new ones from unintended consequences that many rightly refer to them both as the “uni-party.”
Perhaps it is time for a new party. An “America First” party. I understand the overwhelming challenges to the establishment of a new party and I recognize that were it successful it would into itself not cure many of our current ails. For that has to start on an individual level. Each and every person has more power and authority than they realize. Each individual makes daily decisions that either empower or deprive those that would subjugate them. Not long ago I wondered at the seeming ignorance of the population in regards to their short attention spans and easily manipulated opinions. From discussion with others I came to realize that was short sighted of me, for the vast majority of the population realizes much of what is occurring to them but many choose a “willful ignorance” of the topics to avoid confronting them head on, To speak out in this day of cancel culture puts a target upon you. I don’t think that a lot of folks will muster the courage until things get so bad that they feel they have nothing to loose. By that time, it may be too late. Many of the same people too timid to stand out, will join a movement that has gained a certain amount of traction, such as what MAGA did. So, to support in whatever fashion one can, the courageous folks that are and do speak out, go against the grain, is a good thing.
Folks like yourself Mr. JD Rucker.
Please forgive the lengthy post, I don’t write often these days but your apology and explanation prompted me to do so. To quote you …. “They don’t get everything right, but there’s a difference between getting something wrong and being wrong. RINOs are wrong, even when they occasionally get something right.” Most excellent words sir.

Yes, now the corrupt Uniparty just commits its crimes and throws elections willfully in the cold light of day.
in the end its because the tree of liberty is LONG overdue to be refreshed and is in fact close to death.
