The GM expressed his disbelief that teenagers can purchase “AK-15 automatics,” even though automatic weapons have long been banned for use by the general public.
Ballard opened his press conference by offering condolences to the families involved in the Greenwood mall shooting . Three people were killed in the shooting before the gunman was taken down by an armed citizen.
The shooting took place just under 15 miles from Lucas Oil Stadium, where the Colts play home games.
