Video resurfaced of a California plastic surgeon proudly claiming he has conducted “gender affirming” surgeries on children as young as 13 years old.

In the video, Dr. Scott Mosser, the founder of San Francisco’s Gender Confirmation Center (GCC), says he would operate on ten year olds and asserts “there’s no youngest age at all” for these types of procedures.
Mosser’s comments were originally recorded from a lecture at the Philadelphia Trans Wellness Conference which was held virtually last summer, the Daily Wire reports.Mosser boasted of performing the surgeries on children as young as 13, while saying he would operate on younger children if it weren’t for the lengthy insurance approval process.
