In a preview of an interview that aired on Thursday’s episode of Good Morning America, Kanye West said that he had to ‘fight for his voice’ in his four children’s lives.
The 45-year-old rapper and fashion designer said that while he now has a voice in parenting his children, he had to “fight” for it, noting that men shouldn’t have to. “I do have a voice but I had to fight for it. It hurts you when you have to scream about what your kids are wearing As a dad and as a Christian. And I have a right to have a voice on what my kids are wearing, what they’re watching, what they’re eating,” said West.
