Doug Mastriano came to prominence as a Pennsylvania Senator when he led the charge to correct the 2020 stolen election in his state. He was unsuccessful thanks in large part to feckless Republican leadership in the state legislature, but he found electoral success today after winning the GOP nomination for Governor in his state.

The firebrand, who received a late endorsement from President Trump, was the second Trump endorsement of the night to emerge victorious. Earlier, Congressman Ted Budd won in North Carolina.
Mastriano will face Democratic Attorney General Josh Shapiro in the fall.
