Daniel Penny, the Marine vet who risked life, limb, and livelihood to protect a subway car from an unstable homeless man making violent threats, is getting a LOT of assistance in his legal battle against the woke Soros-DA in New York.
Penny is being charged with murder in a New York court for his defensive actions that ended up taking the life of Jordan Neely, a well-known and volatile vagrant, after witnesses say Neely threatened everyone on the train .
According to the site’s founder , Daniel Penny’s defense fund is the second-biggest fundraiser in GiveSendGo’s history: “It’s the No. 2 ever on GiveSendGo,” Chief Financial Officer Jacob Wells said. “This definitely has sparked an emotional response with many people.”
