Jack Dorsey is leaving Twitter’s board of directors effective today as the co-founder and former CEO’s term on the board has reached its expiration date heading into the big tech platform’s 2022 shareholders meeting.
Dorsey previously left his position as CEO of the company in November 2021, passing the mantle to Twitter’s current CEO Parag Agrawal.
