A recently resurfaced image depicting an elementary-aged girl sticking money into a burlesque dancer’s panties has sparked outrage.
‘Burlesque’ is a performance typically featuring scantily-clad women and strip teases.
The burlesque dancer, who goes by the name Bella Blue, was performing at a brunch in New Orleans where she claims the child’s family “was encouraging her to tip and engage with me [Blue].” The nearly-naked Bella Blue took to the now-deleted Bella Blue Entertainment Facebook page to gush over the creepy encounter.
