( 4:22-CV-03096 ) , Greg Phillips of True The Vote (TTV) revealed in a post on Truth Social that he and Catherine Engelbrecht will be arrested by United States Marshals if they do not reveal the names of their confidential sources in court by Monday morning.
“Doing the right isn’t always easy but it’s always right. We were held in contempt of court because we refused to burn a confidential informant or our researchers. We go to jail on Monday unless we comply,” Phillips said.
Senior United States District Judge Kenneth Michael Hoyt of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas is the presiding judge over the case.
