45th President Donald Trump condemned the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) “long and unrelenting history” of corruption in a scathing series of statements posted to Truth Social.
Since the the age of former longtime director J. Edgar Hoover in 1935, Trump explained, corruption at the FBI has not changed. In fact, the former president alleged that the agency’s malfeasance has “gotten far worse” than ever before.
“The FBI has a long and unrelenting history of being corrupt. Just look back to the days of J. Edgar Hoover,” Trump wrote.
