“ #BREAKING : WHEELS DOWN: The US military plane suspected to be carrying House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has landed in Taiwan at Taipei Songshan Airport. Now we await to see Chinas response – assuming Pelosi is actually in that plane.” It was unclear if the Speaker would be visiting Taiwan after China threatened action. The Biden administration was vague when asked if they would support the Speakers trip. Pelosi moved forward with the trip and released the following statement after touching down.
