The Supreme Court returned decisions about abortions to the states after 49-years of federal judicial tyranny. As a result, several states have “trigger laws” that will go into effect.

For example, Missouri is now officially abortion-free.

Trigger Leftists

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt has issued an opinion triggering Missouri's anti-abortion law.

Abortion is now illegal in Missouri.

Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt Tweeted:

Following the SCOTUS ruling overturning Roe v. Wade, Missouri has just become the first in the country to effectively end abortion with our AG opinion signed moments ago. This is a monumental day for the sanctity of life.

According to WaPo, 13 states have Roe v Wade trigger laws:

In these uncertain financial times, you need a company you can trust with stewardship of your life’s savings. We recommend self-directed IRAs backed by physical precious metals provided by Augusta with ZERO Gold IRA fees for up to 10 years.

Trigger Laws

Without the landmark precedent in place, the national abortion landscape will change quickly. First, 13 states with “trigger bans,” designed to take effect as soon as Roe is overturned, will ban abortion within 30 days. Several other states where recent antiabortion legislation has been blocked by the courts are expected to act next, with lawmakers moving to activate their dormant legislation. A handful of states also have pre-Roe abortion bans that could be brought back to life.

It’s important to remind people that overturning Roe v Wade does NOT ban abortions. It simply returns the decision to the states. Abortions will be EXPANDING in many blue states as a result.

In Washington’s dream of America there were two Civil Wars. I believe concerning both of them the fundamental issue is state rights…but the map of the first Civil War was drawn over slavery. Ben Carson on Washington watch, CSN today; just drew an analog between abortion and slavery…if you don’t agree, I think you could draw the map over any other parallel issue; the election, immigration, medical tyranny what have you; the map will be about the same

Carson was asked on Washington Week how he a changed from pro-choice to life; he described a first trimester abortion using a suction hose then a second trimester abortion involving forceps…though privately being repulsed, he characterized his position as a physician; “well, it’s your choice” he related his subsequent thought; “what if an abolitionist rationalized the ownership of slaves as a choice”? Carson could not any longer support the intellectual compromise.
