In August 2021, a woman filed suit against former Saturday Night Live star Horatio Sanz, alleging that he had sexually assaulted her when she was a teenager in the early 2000’s.
On Tuesday, it was revealed that she sought to add Sanz’s SNL colleagues Jimmy Fallon, Tracy Morgan, and Lorne Michaels to the lawsuit, arguing that they enabled his actions. According to the woman, identified only as Jane Doe, she and her friends attended around twenty SNL after-parties as teenagers between 2000 and 2002.
She alleged that during this time, she was “groomed, abused, and molested” by Sanz on numerous occasions, often while other cast members were present.
