A massive explosion occurred Saturday on a natural gas pipeline near St. Peterburg, Russia. Watch:
According to the NY Post:
A giant fireball was reportedly seen rising over the Russian city of St. Petersburg Saturday after a gas pipeline explosion in a nearby town. Video of the blaze showed flames rising in a mushroom-like cloud over Vsevolozhsk, a town east of St. Petersburg.
State media said that the explosion was caused by a gas pipeline in the region. There were no reports of injuries, and local authorities said that the fire was under control.
Was this another terrorist attack similar to the one that took out the Nord Stream pipelines? If so, Russia will view this as an acceleration that has brought their war against Ukraine to their own lands.
